Refund policy

General Rule: GAZE - House of Timeless Classic upholds a strict No Returns and No Exchanges policy on all products due to the delicate and high-value nature of our handcrafted sarees. All sales are final.

Exception (Damage Only): We will only offer an exchange if the product received is confirmed to be damaged upon arrival.

Mandatory Verification: To qualify for an exchange based on damage, the customer must provide a complete, unedited, and clear Parcel Opening Video showing the condition of the exterior packaging and the discovery of the damage immediately upon opening the original seal.

Failure to provide this video will result in the rejection of the exchange request.

Damage Claim Process:

Contact us at leganesan@gazehouse.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number.

Attach the mandatory, unedited Parcel Opening Video clearly showing the damage.
We will inspect the evidence. If the damage is verified, we will arrange for an exchange for the same product, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be offered.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom-made items, and items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
